Requesting A Date

The first step you will need to take is to Request a Date for your party. To do this, click on Book Private Event in top menu bar. Filling out the information in this form will allow our Event Coordinator to hold a date for you while you figure out if the Brass Ring is a good fit for you and your group.

Private Gatherings

For private gatherings, The Brass Ring rents out its mezzanine, a comfortable and cozy area suspended above the bar and pool room, unique in its balance of privacy for your group and activity and ambiance of the larger room. The mezzanine is perfect for groups of up to 35 people and also functions as a great place for groups larger than 35 to set up a "home base", keeping a portion of the event private while guests mingle and mix throughout the bar. A server will always be available to serve drinks for events in the mezzanine. The mezzanine features a 7-foot pool table if your group is interested in playing or it can be discreetly hidden if you choose not to have it as part of your party

Assessing What You Need

The descriptions below attempt to tell you how many servings each item will give based on an average. The amount of food required by guests are greatly dependent on a number of factors including the time of the event, the appetites of the people it is feeding, etc. There are times that the kitchen can make "as needed" so that if items are running low, these can be added to your buffet, however, this is not available on all items at all times. The Event Coordinator you work with will help you make decisions about your food amounts and choices based on what you want for your party and what your budget is.

Getting Started

Start your party off with a few of the Brass Ring's party trays, let your guests enjoy a bite to eat while they sip their first drink and wait for the guest of honor to arrive or the presentation/party to begin.
